Terms and Conditions for Training and Internship

Welcome to Bitwise Career. By enrolling in our training and internship programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Enrollment and Eligibility

1.1. Participants must provide accurate personal and academic details at the time of registration. 1.2. Enrollment is subject to verification and approval by Bitwise Career. 1.3. The minimum eligibility criteria vary for each program and will be mentioned in the respective course details.

2. Training and Internship Structure

2.1. The structure, curriculum, and duration of training and internships will be provided at the beginning of the program. 2.2. Bitwise Career reserves the right to modify the content, schedule, or trainers as deemed necessary. 2.3. Internships may be unpaid or stipend-based, depending on the program and the company associated.

3. Fees and Payments

3.1. All training fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the program unless otherwise stated. 3.2. Fees are non-refundable except in cases where Bitwise Career cancels the program. 3.3. Any additional costs such as study materials, project expenses, or certification fees will be communicated in advance.

4. Attendance and Conduct

4.1. Participants must maintain a minimum attendance as specified for successful completion. 4.2. Any misconduct, plagiarism, or violation of rules may lead to suspension or termination from the program. 4.3. Respectful and professional behavior is expected in all interactions.

5. Certification and Placement Assistance

5.1. Certificates will be issued only upon successful completion of the program and fulfillment of all requirements. 5.2. Bitwise Career provides placement assistance but does not guarantee job placement. 5.3. Internship certificates will be provided based on the performance evaluation.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All course materials, content, and resources provided during the program remain the intellectual property of Bitwise Career. 6.2. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or sharing of materials is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1. Participant data will be used solely for training, internship, and placement purposes. 7.2. Bitwise Career will not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Bitwise Career is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from participation in the program. 8.2. Participants engage in internships at their own risk and must comply with company policies.

9. Amendments and Termination

9.1. Bitwise Career reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. 9.2. In case of non-compliance, Bitwise Career may terminate the participant’s enrollment without a refund.
