At Bitwise Career, we strive to provide high-quality training, internships, and placement services. We charge fees only for training and data sharing (such as providing job-related information to candidates). This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds.
2. No Refund Policy
All payments made for training programs, online courses, and data-sharing services are non-refundable under normal circumstances.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
- If the training program is canceled by Bitwise Career.
- If you are charged twice for the same service due to a technical issue.
- If there is a failure in delivering the promised training content or data sharing due to an internal issue.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- If a participant fails to attend the training after enrollment.
- If a candidate does not receive an internship or job placement (as we do not charge for placements).
- If a participant requests a refund after accessing course materials or data-sharing services.
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, you must:
- Submit a refund request via email to info@bitwisecareer.com within 7 days of payment.
- Provide proof of payment and a valid reason for the refund request.
- Allow 5-10 business days for our team to review and process the refund (if eligible).
6. Payment Reversals
If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days, depending on the bank’s processing time.
7. Changes to the Refund Policy
Bitwise Career reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.”
